MMS is proud to partner with Universiti Malaysia Terengganu – Sea Turtle Research Unit (UMT-SEATRU) on a sea-turtle conservation programme that revolves around protecting and preserving sea turtles on Redang Island. For the next 5 years, with UMT-SEATRU, we aim to further promote UMT-SEATRU’s sustainable Centre of Excellence (COE) locally and globally and other related activities which are expected to increase the number of turtle landings in the state.
